Primo Painting and Landscaping LLC values transparency and fairness in all customer transactions. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued for our services.
1. Estimates and Deposits

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.

Deposits, when required, are used to secure scheduling, labor, and materials.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been purchased on behalf of the customer.
2. Service Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of scheduled services by providing written notice.

If cancellation occurs before work has started and before materials are purchased, a refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion, less any administrative or preparation costs.

If work has already begun, no refund will be issued for labor performed or materials used.
3. Completed Work

No refunds will be issued for completed services that were performed in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

Dissatisfaction based on aesthetic preference, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside the Company’s control does not qualify for a refund.
4. Changes to Scope of Work

Any customer-requested changes after work has begun may result in additional charges.

Refunds will not be issued for portions of work removed or modified at the customer’s request after approval.
5. Weather and Uncontrollable Delays

Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to a refund.

In such cases, services will be rescheduled when reasonably possible.
6. Warranty-Related Issues

If a workmanship warranty is provided in writing and a covered issue arises, the Company’s obligation is limited to repair or correction of the affected work.

Refunds are not provided in place of warranty repairs unless expressly agreed to in writing.
7. Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns regarding billing or service quality.

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first providing the Company an opportunity to resolve the issue may result in termination of services and additional fees as permitted by law.
