  • Government actions

  • Customer delays or access issues

Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract.

5. Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

  • Deposits, if required, are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been purchased.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by Florida law.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Refunds, if any, are determined based on work completed, materials purchased, and labor already incurred.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed work.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Ensure reasonable access to the property

  • Remove or protect personal property, vehicles, and valuables

  • Secure pets during service periods

The Company is not responsible for damage caused by failure to meet these responsibilities.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Any workmanship warranty will be stated separately in writing, if applicable.

  • Normal wear and tear, environmental damage, improper maintenance, or pre-existing conditions are excluded from warranty coverage.

  • Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Florida law:

  • Primo Painting and Landscaping LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
